Great stay overall

Pros: The beds were comfy, the sheets felt soft and clean, and plenty of space to stretch out. Receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt confident with the direction she gave me as well as the hotel info she passed along

Cons: There was a tear on the bed sheet, on the top corner, which was frustrating but I had the bed to myself and slept on the opposite side. The water pressure was low on the shower, which is understandable on the 3rd floor, but I didn't feel as clean as id like. The bathroom door was also scraping against the floor, making it hard to open and close, which wasn't a great experience as I have physical disabilities. There were also no outlets next to the bed for a phone charger, I need my phone for my various alarms and reminders early in the morning, but I made do with an outlet by the tv

Worth staying 🙂

Pros: Overall, a nice hotel. Great location, nice spacious room with comfortable large double bed, good shower/bathroom facilities, TV and Internet all working. Radiator working well. And the price for a location and room was cheap.

Cons: A bit dated furniture, in few places stains on the wall. Check-in took longer than expected as there was no staff at the reception when I arrived.

Peaceful night in town centre

Pros: Veru cheap especially considering the location. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons: Room was a bit tired and could use a touch up. Lights above the bed were loose. There was also a fair bit of dust and some cobwebs. But in fairness for the price you can't complain too much

Cons: My room was at the rear off the hotel so the view from my window could off been better as been at the front i could off been able to see Inverness Castle and the river Ness

Great location, shame about WiFi!

Pros: Location was excellent, room comfy and clean. Great shower!

Cons: The WiFi was not great at all! Netflix on the TV kept buffering and on our phones, we had to just use data as it just was time consuming to keep waiting for the pages to load!

Lovely historic hotel with a great Team

Pros: I always stay here when in Inverness, The staff are friendly and professiobal..Sapna paticularly stands out as she is lovely Receptionist who always goes above and beyond to make my stay was brilliant.

Cons: nothing apart on Sunday morning was woken by a fire Alarm which took a while to go off.
