B&B HOTEL Inverness

Pros: Location near station and in town centre. Value for money. Exceptionallly clean.

Cons: All good.

A decent place to stay good value clean add comfortable and a perfect location for us.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but bain Marie's need looking at as some dishes were nearly cold. When we arrived we found out it was inverness cocktail week. We asked for a cocktail but we were not permitted one as we didn't have a wristband staff didn't seem to know where to get one. They said we could buy another drink but no cocktails seemed strange to us as we were staying in the hotel

Great location

Pros: Excellent central location, ideal for the bus and train station. Close to the shopping centre. Rooms are ideal for a overnight stay. Easy check in.

Cons: There was only one pillow provided which was very hard

Pros: We use B\u0026B Hotel very regularly because of location, it is ideal, clean, comfortable and we can bring our small dog!

Cons: We have used B\u0026B Hotel in Inverness at least twenty times over the winter, it saves us driving 100 miles home when we have appointments etcetera in Inverness! We really like it! Staff can be a bit erratic, not particularly keen or ‘enjoying the job?’ not ‘on the ball’ as you would expect and unsure of policies! I realise there has been new equipment/computer system and a lot of upheaval and this could account for some uncertainty! The hotel itself is excellent, clean and comfortable! I realise we use the hotel mostly out of the peak season so maybe it’s a bit more laid back on service? Excellent breakfast! We would still give 5 stars and recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay!

Great value comfortable hotel.

Pros: Central location just a few metres from station. Value for money. Cleanliness was exceptional. Bathroom looked liked it had never been used. Bed comfortable. Central lighting in room a bit dim but lamps well directed over bed / desk. Easy friendly check-in. Good value breakfast.

Absolutely perfect in every way,, comfortable

Pros: Perfect accommodation, close to city centre, shops and transport links! We had an unexpected stay due to illness, staff were lovely! We stay every time We’r in Inverness, We’v visited more often recently and always use b\u0026b Hotel for it availability, access and excellent breakfast!

Everything was perfect!

Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms had everything we needed, including exceptionally comfortable beds. The lobby was very nice - cozy space with a pool table and a bar. There is also a storage cupboard which you can use if you arrive early or want to stay in the town after check out. The hotel is conveniently situated right in the centre of Inverness so everything is very close. I did not expect such quality for the low price. I can only recommend!

Would recommend

Pros: The location was excellent, was able to add breakfast on when we arrived (great deal), all the staff we encountered were so lovely! It was a lovely room, perfect for what we needed and so reasonable too! Would highly recommend and would go back anytime I need to stay in Inverness. Overall was clean and tidy, perfect for a weekend away!

Cons: Only thing I can fault on was the towels we recieved the second day had hairs on them (not our own) but that was an easy fix!

Comfortable and stylish, great location and lovely staff. Really great city stay.

Pros: The room was bigger than expected, and extremely comfortable with stylish furniture. The bathroom had a huge shower head, lovely warm water and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast lovely and great staff.
