Good value for money and I would use again in the future

Pros: Overall the Hotel was very nice and good value for money. Only slight issue was the breakfast could have been a bit hotter and the car park was small and could have been an issue if you arrived late in the day for a space.

Cons: Everything and the SPA facilities were very nice..

First class stay in an excellent hotel

Pros: Great location. Welcoming friendly staff. Lovely room, great facilities, competitive bar and restaurant prices and being able to leave our bags as we were on an overnight train

Amazing hotel with a wonderful location. Just a couple of temporary issues that affected our stay.

Pros: Contemporary styling, great spa area \u0026 all round cleanliness. Great views of the castle \u0026 river Ness.

Cons: Lift wasn’t working and we were on the 3rd floor! Noisy work being carried out on the rooms either side of us.

Pros: The breakfast was beautiful and the jacuzzi and swimming pool were excellent 👍

Cons: Service, breakfast is chaotic and the bar area is very slow service

Fantastic location, value for money, exceptional staff

Pros: Liked the ability to drop the bag early. Would’ve been even better if we could’ve accessed the spa facilities prior to booking in. Overall the quality of the building, the room, the additional space, facilities and ease of booking in were fantastic. A personal choice but our room was too warm with no way of changing the temperature so the window was opened and we were lucky to have a fan. Cannot fault the diligence and professionalism of all staff members who were incredibly busy whilst maintaining professional expertise. Drinks at the bar were amazing and the breakfast one of the best. Downsides we stayed on a Saturday and didn’t bank on external bookings. Whilst they provide an important resource they distracted from our comfort, whilst trying to use the lounge in the evening some 20 females took over the lounge and should have been redirected by staff into the bar area forcing us to curtail our quiet evening which was a shame

Cons: As mentioned above, it’s a personal minor thing. Overall the hotel offers fantastic value for money with exceptional staff, good facilities in a central location. We would stay again but would avoid peak weekend times
