Great place, would 100% visit again.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, lovely bar area which we could take the dog into. Very welcoming. Upgraded from disabled room to suite. Jonathon was a great host, couldn’t be more welcoming. Very good information and couldn’t do more for you. Very accommodating. Bed extremely comfortable.

Cons: Had some stained towels. The suite is not what I would class as a suite. Large bed and single bed, very cramped room.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 7-year-old son and our small dog. The room and bathroom were very clean and maintained to a good standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the last day, we chose the breakfast option, which was tasty and more than sufficient. The hotel is located just a 5–10 minute walk from the city centre. Great location for Loch Ness lake. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: The only tiny thing was the view from the window but this is being picky.

Theres not really anything else to add iv said it all already.

Pros: A lovely hotel, room was very nice and comfortable and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: I cant say there was anything i didnt like if i had to complain about anything it would be the bed that was a bit too hard but thats personal preference.
