A very pleasant stay in the Highlands with beautiful views overlooking the River Ness River Ness.

Pros: The room was comfortable,good shower. Parking available on site. The breakfast was very good , cooked to order and with a variety of choices. The hotel is within walking distance to the city centre, Theatre, Leisure Centre and Ness Islands. The staff were so professional, friendly and helpful

Great place to stay for the price in the quiet season.

Pros: Booked one of their smaller rooms this time and it was plenty big enough. Was in a seperate building , next door. Had dinner which was tasty but not very hot. Full Scottish breakfast great but scrambled eggs not so good( overcooked and a bit grey looking). Staff all very pleasant. Overall lovely place in town with parking and very handy to walk to Eden court theatre.

Lovely stay we will be back.

Pros: Just loved the location and the house was lovey and warm. The staff were so vigilant and attentive and couldn't do enough for us, they were so polite and just couldn't do enough to make our stay more fantastic than it was. Breakfast itself was so nice and there was a good choice of hot food to choose from as well as they're being a continental breakfast or both.

Cons: I would personally say the prices for food downstairs while staying at the hotel were pricey. I know the cost was on par with what was around, but as a guest there was no option for discount if staying there as I've seen a few do, so unfortunately we ate out all the time while we were there. Shame really, as we would have done so each night so as not to drive. However, there are many other good places to eat within a 15 min walk or next door at the waterside restaurant which do great food and do a deal for 2 or 3 courses which we had, and over the bridge theres the hou hou mei chinese, the Rocpool fish restaurant, Prime steak over the bridge and theres Bella Italia and zizi at the end of the road too

Lovely short stay in great apartment

Pros: We stayed in one of the apartments, didn't use the hotel itself. The apartment was warm, spacious and very comfortable!

Stunning 🤩

Pros: Beautiful hotel close to town centre . Large bed very comfortable, nice views across the river ness Staff friendly and helpful Lovely food dinner and breakfast delicious Cocktail bar also great fun with a piano bar and great cocktails

Cons: Noisy with a party happening close by which went on late Noisy neighbours could hear doors slamming The staff in the restaurant were intense we were not left alone to enjoy our meal they kept coming to our table to check on us and make comments it was off putting
