We will definitely be back, location couldn’t be better.

Pros: Breakfast was ypur typical buffet affair, plenty choice on offer, liked the fact there was a separate toaster for gluten free. Breakfast staff were lovely. Lovely exceptional receptionist on the morning of Saturday 28th March, my wife had just had a double cataract procedure done that morning and receptionist could not have been more helpful, thank you.

Cons: High up step going into shower, however realise this may have had something to do with pipes layout underneath. Would also have liked a mini fridge in room as is so common nowadays.

Pros: Location, variety of options at breakfast, staff were lovely and rooms were spacious.

Cons: The mattress was rock solid, I know to some people's liking but we had to sleep on the duvet to get some comfort.

Great place for a catch up with friends, breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice

Pros: River view, upgraded to larger room at small cost, quieter than our friends who heard a lot of busy street noise. Handy for shops, pubs and restaurants

Cons: Very small bathroom, no plug sockets near bedside tables, very low sofa

Fantastic

Pros: Stayed for 2 nights room was spotless staff really friendly and happy to chat with. Everything u could want for breakfast. Bar atmosphere friendly and cozy bar staff extremely polite and attentive. Location excellent for shopping, nightlife and sightseeing would definitely recommend.
