Fantastic Saturday ngt stay

Pros: We have stayed here before as it is so central for everything. Comfortable bed, great shower and a window I can actually open properly, I like the window open wide at ngt. Breakfast has plenty choice and was all fresh and tasty.

Cons: Slight niggle shower in room 315 struggled to drain should have mentioned to desk not really a problem

Cons: Car parking was an additional £15 per night and this was just out the back of hotel.

Pros: The professional and friendly welcome i got from Ciannne a colleuge . Thanks for the upgrade the jacuqui bath was great nice surprise. I also appricate the city centre location
