Very enjoyable stay

Pros: Breakfast was good. Dinner was absolutely delicious, ample servings.Friendly and obliging staff. Comfortable room. Excellent shower. Clean and tidy rooms

Good hotel when staying north of Inverness

Pros: Stayed in the rooms across the road from the hotel, it was really nice room.

Cons: Everything was good, main meal portions are quite large!

Staff made our stat feel special .. great comfortable hotel on the Main Street

Pros: The room was fairly basic but very clean and comfortable.. really appreciated the upgrade to family room with the extra space which was ideal for us The restaurant was and front of the hotel were beautifully decorated for Xmas .. really lovely The staff were all outstanding .. so friendly welcoming and helpful .. a real joy .. thank you everyone

Cons: There were a lot of stairs to get to our room .. just the way it is though

Friendly staff and a good location for our needs I would stay again

Pros: Town centre location easy to walk to shops and a very nice farm shop We ate in the restaurant once the food was very good

Cons: Nothing really we were across the road from main building a bit tricky to carry a drink to your room but the room was very nice spotless and nice bathroom

Pros: Staff lovely, room great, location perfect for our stop in Alness. Dog friendly too!

Cons: Bar is very noisy, which is fine unless you want an early night! So long as you have evening plans (or join in) all is well.

Pros: The room we were allocated was across the road in a hotel-owned annexe and was perfectly fine and comfortable. The food was delicious from the restaurant and a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Would definitely recommend it 👌
