Nice Hotel in Fochabers

Pros: The large comfortable room, adjutable heat, tv, relaxing decor. Very quiet. Good location for visiting relatives or anyone touring the area. Breakfast was good. Slightly separate premesis for the rooms with entry up a stair via a quiet street means you can come and go without fuss.

Cons: No view or window but that didn't matter to us. The signage at the Hotel entrance (awning) needs renewed we were not sure we were in the right place at first.

In Fochabers with friends for the Bothy Ballads Champion of champions competition. Great weekend.

Pros: A great old style pub used by the locals, no frills ,good service, great selection of drinks. Great breakfast served with a smile. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds and everything very clean

Hogmanay celebrations

Pros: Perfect place to meet and celebrate Hogmanay. Lovely pub and made very welcome.

Cons: Nothing. We will go back and sample the live music nights. Sounds fun

Pros: Good location, good breakfast, comfortable and quiet. There on business, no fuss.

Cons: Despite several requests, host did not and has not provided a receipt.

Very good.

Pros: Superb staff, breakfast lovely. Bed comfy, clean place. Only very minor personal thing which is in no way a slanted on the property and staff is there was no window in the room. But would still go back and recommend to friends.

Great highland hospitality

Pros: Warm welcome and staff could not have been more friendly in looking after my group of visitors from India. My visitors were very pleased with the accommodation, the breakfasts and the general facilities.

This motel style accommodation was good value for money.

Pros: The hot drinks supplies were generous as were the toiletries. The towels were nice and fluffy.

Cons: The mattress room 5 was a little uncomfortable. I could feel the springs on the surface, but it didn't spoil my sleep. A matters topper would be good!
