Excellent and we are coming again.

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely, and very helpful.

Cons: The entrance driveway is very bumpy and muddy.

Pros: Very comfortable and beautiful surroundings. Staff transfered us to their sister hotel and return for evening meals and breakfast, a very nice touch.

Cons: The heating was turned off at around 9pm every evening until around 7am. The outside temperature was no higher than 2°. Although the staff were helpful with providing extra blankets and a small heater it would have been more comfortable with the heating on through the night.

A lovely stay, with expectations matching the category and price.

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff, especially the receptionist on the morning of Boxing Day. Good breakfast with enough choice to eat well, the omelette was very good. Good value for money for the price paid for a five night stay. The room was comfortable, cosy, and warm. Staying in a castle was a lovely experience, especially meaningful as I was travelling with my mum, it was her wish to visit Scotland. A great base for exploring the Highlands.

Cons: Parking area was very muddy and difficult to use, I even ended up blocking the path because of it, sorry for the inconvenience. The bathroom could do with some updating, but it was clean and functional.

Very nice hotel great vibe

Pros: Very nice atmosphere to the place lovely reception and bar area . The room was very clean and the staff were lovely

Cons: The only thing we don’t like was that the rooms furniture was a bit dated nothing major but it was definitely quite old

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you’d expect and/or need. All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The shower was hot and powerful And as an extra bonus - dog friendly Nothing not to like about our stay !

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, great impact on arrival. We attended when it was quieter however this did not detract. It was close to our visit itinerary of the Glenmorangue Distillery so very local and convenient.

Pros: We were transferred to Morangie Hotel. It was comfortable, warm and staff were lovely.

Cons: No so much didn’t like, but a bit off putting on arrival. The signage looked cheap and nasty and the broken fence could have at least been cleared away if not mended.
