So good will be back next year

Pros: Very clean and tidy and the owners David and Alison were so nice and accommodating.

Cons: Room was very spacious and large comfortable bed

Pros: Nice location, decent street side parking. Helpful staff. Nice well looked after property and checking was easy with very clear instructions

Cons: Being close to A Road/street-side meant that sometimes the road noise would disturb if the windows were open

Burn side

Pros: Room was a very good size 👌 bed was very comfy, room was nice a warm, easy to find, great location, warm welcome by the staff, good parking only problem i found the fridge didn't work and could do with a bigger one apart from that very good value for money 😀 👍

Lovely wee hotel in Rothes, handy for Elgin, and cheaper than Elgin.

Pros: Central position, easy to find, good value for money, nice rooms, convenient public parking, and helpful and friendly staff.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like. Some rooms may be exposed to the noise of traffic on the main road. But I slept like a log.

Pros: Great location on the main road but quiet Clean, spacious rooms Great front of house staff warm cosy rooms

Cons: Did not enjoy the oyo call center phone routing. Unable to get through the hotel staff- quite frustrating

Pros: It was nice and central to where we were visiting family, nice clean rooms. Sue was very helpful. Room was clean and spacious with nice shower ensuite. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Will return here if up this way .

This is a very friendly and good value for money hotel in a great location.

Pros: Breakfast was really good. Big portion of full Scottish, complete with haggis. Buffet style for toast, cereal and drinks. Excellent service.

Cons: There was a hint of a smell of smoke, but I think that was coming from one of the other guests.

Pros: We stayed here as our base in Speyside during our distillery tour in Scotland. Located in the center of Rothes, we could walk to the Glen Grant and Speyburn distilleries (we enjoy walking). The room was spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor, there is a public bar with a wide selection of whiskies, where we enjoyed tasting multiple kinds. We highly recommend this place as an affordable and comfortable base for visiting Speyside.

Comfortable and convenient - plus my father was amazed at the range of whiskey. :)

Pros: The hotel was on the main road which was convenient. Sue was very helpful. The room was upstairs from a nice small bar where the locals were friendly and interesting to talk to. The bed was very big and comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. There were interesting whiskey displays in the bar as well. We had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Really friendly staff, big thanks to sue , a nice hard working lady, who goes out of her way to make sure that you have a good stay at the hotel
