Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the location was nice.

Cons: Do not think I could improve the level of care and attention the hotel provides.

Lovely period hotel.

Pros: Great location with lovely rooms - the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room was great.

Cons: The restaurant is a little expensive, there are no lifts and the desks in rooms have a glass top on them - making using a mouse with a laptop a challenge for business users.

Cons: Disturbed in the night by a noise on several occasions, can not place it, it was in or a round room 31, and was a click click click sound every minute or so, something around the bathroom door, apart from that a good night,

Cons: Quirky bathroom set up. But it was advertised as budget and did not disappoint.

Pros: Our room was amazing with beautiful large windows. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was fresh and clean. We like having the option of room service. The food in the restaurant was fantastic I just wished I had space for a dessert as they looked amazing. The IV10 cocktail bar was lovely and the staff were really friendly. It was a great base for exploring the area.

Cons: Water pressure from the shower wasn't great.
