Pros: Very high standard of room, excellent dinner and friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: The staff, the food, the ambience and the location. We received a room upgrade.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful place to stay

Pros: Our room was lovely - beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was massive and very clean with nice towels. We stayed in Glenlivet room with a river view.

Cons: We booked a room with breakfast for over £200 per night. It was very disappointing to find out that we only had the basic breakfast included and we had to pay additional £7 to get proper coffees from the machine rather than filtered. There were two menus on the table - one for guests staying in and one for walk-ins which was much nicer. That takes a point off my 10 points score.

It was minus 11 the hotel was warm all night and the food was brilliant as were the staff 🤩

Pros: Very pretty cozy hotel with just the best staff and brilliant food.

Cons: Could do with maybe another lamp in the bedroom quite dark !

Pros: In extremely difficult and challenging weather conditions all staff did everything possible to help my stay go well.

Pros: The staff, delicious and generous breakfasts, television channels and all subscriptions Apple, Prime, Netflix etc., The Mash Tun is on the banks of the river Spey and my room had a lovely view of it. There is a car park and plenty of parking in the vicinity.

Cons: No information in the room for WiFi code.

Very comfortable stay, good generous portions along with amazing selection of whisky on offer.

Pros: Perfect spot to enjoy the distilleries in the area. Location overlooks the river and bonus points for the electric charging points in the car park. Lovely seating area in the bedroom and really comfortable nights sleep.

Cons: Slightly expensive but that’s nit picking. Water pressure wasn’t great for the shower.

Enjoyable Stay, would go back.

Pros: The position by the river was really nice. Rooms were small but well presented. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Cons: Breakfasts were all excellent. We only had one dinner on the first night ordering 3 meals. 2 were fine the other not so, I was refunded but only after a discussion. It must be difficult to maintain fresh food in the slow season to be fair so don’t read too much into this.
