Most enjoyable

Pros: Perfect location for visiting the Glenfiddich distillery. Staff very polite and welcoming. Breakfast very nice.

Cons: Shared bathroom but I knew that when booking something can’t complain. Lack of parking which wasn’t a problem as we found a space on the road but don’t know if this could be more of an issue during busier times of the year.

Comfy hotel. Pity about the karaoke

Pros: Hotel in central location. On street parking. Big clean bedroom and bathroom.

Cons: Kareoke on Saturday afternoons and early evening, in the bar, below bedrooms, is unbelievably loud. Fortunately it finishes about 19.00 but is an experience. The bar/ pub is not a place to watch football because the karaoke singer is immediately below the TV or the TV is immediately above the karaoke singer.

We so enjoyed the breakfast! Set us up for the day!

Pros: We liked it for the centrality for where we wanted to go the next day. It is surrounded by the most gorgeous countryside and Dufftown itself is very quiet!
