Pros: Nice place close to the town centre but far enough back to be quiet, the breakfast was ample and tasty and the bar has a extensive range of good malts to choose from, the onwers/ staff were very attentive and welcoming

Cons: Nothing to complain of on our short stay

Friendly comfortable hotel.

Pros: Great location. Nice characterful building. Everybody very friendly. Large comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast.

Comfy and great location .

Pros: Great location and beautiful room. The towels were soft , pillows and mattress very comfortable . The toiletries were lovely too. Excellent breakfast choice for vegetarians. Thanks for a great first night in the Highlands .

Excellent hotel, superb location in the centre of town. Will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Staff (Callum) was friendly and couldn't do more to help us with our stay. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as we expected.

Probably The friendliest hotel we have stayed in , and we have stayed in a few.

Pros: Lovely friendly hotel, we were a little slow leaving in the morning (sorry) , stayed in the bar a bit late on Saturday night ,... we had a knock on the door as we were leaving, which we assumed was asking us when we were leaving ... too our surprise the young lad offered us a cup of tea and some toast . He was very accommodating. Well done Top Man . Thank you We had a late one in the bar where once again the service was excellent and super friendly , as were all the locals.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in lovely Surroundings. Friendly \u0026 homely vibe. Restaurant was exceptional with good variety of local produce cooked to order \u0026 very varied breakfast selections too.

Pros: Very spacious room with both shower and bath in en suite bathroom. Delicious dinner and very good breakfast.

Cons: Not so keen on deciding what to have for breakfast the night before.

Pros: Great location \u0026 lovely building great sized room

Cons: WiFi was very poor intermittent at best, owner told me new broadband service going in in next few weeks

We would certainly book again and recommend The Speyside to friends and family.

Pros: The breakfast, dinner and service in the restaurant were excellent. We ate there both of nights we stayed, since we liked it so much. The whole place had a lovely informal air.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
