Pros: The breakfast and the service were great. The staff were incredibly polite, informative and helpful. It was a great weekend base to Ski both the Lecht and Cairngorm. The food in the pub was very good and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Good value overnight accommodation going north

Pros: Breakfast was well cooked, and very nicely presented. Cooked to order. Butcher’s bacon and black pudding was of a very good standard. Having the access to pub for evening meal was an excellent extra convenience. Staff were all very pleasant.

Lovely family friendly hotel in a gorgeous location

Pros: A lovely place to stay. Very comfy beds and the Tunnocks bars were a nice touch. The food was excellent too and we couldn't ask for a more yummy breakfast!! Also notable is the very reasonable kids menu with great quality food (which is sadly not always the case). We'll be back!

Cons: Bathroom ventilation needs fixing.

Excellent stay, friendly awesome staff, clean hotel, beautiful location

Pros: Scenic location, quieter than main town but only a short drive from the slopes and lochs. Excellent, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and great range at the bar with nice local beers on tap.

Lovely stay

Pros: the location for our stay was perfect, staff were lovely, room was clean and a great size. Breakfast was lovely.

Cons: the bathroom was on a slight slope so wasnt ideal but you get used to it. there isn't alot to do around the area but a 10min drive and theres lots to do.
