Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: New update apartment that was warm, comfortable and a great location

Cons: I would like a bath but too be fair I didn’t check this before we booked

Good value quality accommodation

Pros: Great location for shops, free parking, lovely development and friendly, responsive customer service. Useful cleaning pack. Well equipped kitchen and great shower. Lovely huge towels and blankets.

Cons: Noise from upstairs carried and light from outside lamp kept me awake at night. Would be useful to have essentials like salt, pepper and oil, as buying these for a few days is wasteful. Food waste bags were provided but no facility to recycle it that I could find. Heating was a bit hit and miss with heaters on the ceilings.

Really really good, let down solely by the freezing cold temperature of the apartment on check in.

Pros: Very clean, very central and very well equipped. Very comfortable, good value.

Cons: The apartment was freezing when I checked in - not just cold, but really really cold : 10 degrees in living areas and 5 degrees in bedroom. That is not ok - imagine if I had been coming with elderly folk or a baby? All the heaters were off. It took 3-4 hours to warm up to a reasonable temperature, meanwhile I wore my coat hat and gloves. I understand not having heating up fully in between guests but there needs to be a reasonable level of base warmth kept in the place esp as it wasnt a booking on the day or anything.

Pros: The room was so spacious comfortable. Perfect sized kitchen, with a great living room and sofa. The heating system was a life saver as well for our wet gear. Bathroom is very nice and modern. Great location, and easy check in. Overall amazing place to stay and will be staying again.

Great stay

Pros: First time in this type of house set up and we absolutely loved it. Great value for money considering the bunk room sleeps 4 and double sleeps 2. Having the washer and dryer was perfect to keep up with our hiking gear changes. Location so close for walking to Tisa, Aldi and other places.
