Friendly helpful staff, great location

Pros: Great location for town centre and lovely views, exceptional staff

Cons: Just a bit tight for space on entering the room but that’s due to the historic architecture

Lovely friendly hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel with good food and excellent staff. Made to feel very welcome. A very homely place to stay.

Cons: Slightly dated but still added to the charm of the hotel.

Pros: This is a lovely little hotel. Food was good, staff were generally very pleasant and efficient. I was in one of the apartments which was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Location was ideal for me. If I'm back in Wick I will stay there again.

Cons: Nothing really. I had a bit of a problem with the shower but resolved that. It was user error! The bedroom was very cold when I arrived and I had to play around with the radiator to resolve that but minor issue.

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped \u0026 extremely comfortable. Helpful staff who stored my luggage for me. Good food in the Bistro. \u0026 all in the shortest street in the world.

Super clean hotel and spacious with tremendous staff?

Pros: I thought I had booked a room but booked an apartment. It was clean and spacious. All of the staff were excellent and seemed very well trained. The breakfast as super and they even had a toaster that toasted the bread to perfection on one pass through the machine. I've never experienced this in any hotel! We didn't have an evening meal, but wish we had looking at the meals that other customers had.

Cons: Bed could have been comfier.

Lovely stay. Would book again if I was in the area.

Pros: All meals were excellent. We stayed in one of the apartments which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately the guests staying in the apartment next to us on the first night were extremely noisy and appeared to be having some kind of party but the problem was resolved with help from the excellent hotel staff. Our second night was comfortable and undisturbed
