Nice friendly wee hotel in a beautiful village.

Pros: Great position in a beautiful wee village with a lovely beach. Hotel has nice outside tables which get loads of sun and stunning sunsets. We ate in the hotel both nights and the food and service was excellent. Our room was nice - but no view as it was at the back. The bed at the window side could do with a new mattress? The restaurant and bar was busy with locals and visitors.

Pros: I Love the accomodation The Castle Hotel, and I adore the location Portmahomack.A Little Hotel Just in front of the Sea with seaview rooms and nice and friendly staff.I been here 2 times, and I'll come back next Summer for sure.

Brilliant

Pros: The hotel and staff were friendly and professional. The location is wonderful, being a coastal location. Our evening meal, at the hotel, was excellent. Everything being taken into account, The facilities, venue and location are fabulous.

Pros: The place, Portmahomack, is a nice place, a little jewel full of peace and romantic.There is A long beach and a little Pier and cristalline water. And the castle hotel is just in front of the beach.Fantastic!

Real gem in an authentic sea-side beauty spot.

Pros: Very comfortable room with lots of space and a fabulous view down over the harbour (Morangie Room). The location is perfect for a morning stroll and Portmahomack is a beautiful location. Graham and his team have a real gem on their hands!

Cons: For the purposes to which I needed the room the experience exceeded expectations.

Excellent one night stay

Pros: Friendly staff. good location , right in centre of village. Dinner was excellent , I had gluten free fish and chips.Dog friendly. Bar was busy and lively.

Pros: No break fast as they open the kitchen at 12 pm. Food is bit expensive compare to otber places.

Cons: The way to the room, you have to pass through the busy restaurant and pub
