Pros: Everything were very good, only the swimming water temperature and changing room temperature were a little cold, maybe because these days were the coldest time in winter.

Cons: Swimming pool should make warmer in winter

Fabulous central location for a few days break with friendly helpful staff

Pros: All staff were excellent and really friendly, but the reception staff were exceptional at helping us and were always so friendly whenever we walking into or out of the hotel.

Cons: a bit tired in places, but clean. Coffee at breakfast was horrible, but the rest of the selection was lovely.

Pros: We had taken our Grandaugter up to avimore to see the polar bear at the Zoo. The hotel is dated but....clean, great comfortable beds, activities when we were there for my grandaughter were fantastic, definitely will come back

Cons: To be fair the complex is massive, it would take a huge amount of money to get it up to date and who has got that kind of money? No one...you are correcting faults as soon as...who could ask for anything more.

Warm, family friendly and perfect Ski hotel with great hospitality

Pros: The room was spacious enough for my family with a good bathroom. The sofa bed is old but good for a two nights sleep for the kids. The queen bed is very comfortable. They have a kettle, fresh towels and room cleaning everyday. The early morning ski lesson was rather early at 8am so the hotel staff and Alison especially on frontend desk who arranged take away breakfast of crossiants, muffins and fresh fruits. Very kind and generous portion at 7am. The corridor smells great for me but for some it could be a strong smell. The morning hot breakfast is quite generous and fulfilling and seating arrangements are really nice.

Cons: I think we came during high peak season due to ski and half term. So the room when handed over had some leftover package from previous customers. But when asked at reception they immediately removed the packaged and hoovered our whole room and changed the sheets. All in all satisfied with their receptiveness and being handed over an immaculate room. Sometimes in rush mistakes happen!!

Pros: Everything. All amenities. Indoor pool with all kids activities. My daughter enjoyed the pool disco. Location was perfect, it was just in the center of the town so very convenient. Overall it was great stay, we will surely be back for longer stay again.

Cons: Nothing in major really but I think I could only comment with the breakfast buffet. We have to ask for hot chocolate because it was not served in the buffet and my daughter loves pots of yogurt and hashbrown but this are not in the buffet. I think it’s better to include this for future.

Pros: Lots to do on resort and easy access to Aviemore itself - staff very friendly

Pros: Good there was doggie rooms - suited whole family - plenty to do on resort and in Avimore
