Great stay at a very great location

Pros: Breakfast was great plenty of choice, swimming and sauna was great, plenty of upgrades on the hotel since last visit so pleased to see them upgrading hotel

Great place

Pros: Brilliant loacation. Easy check in. Clean and pleasant room which was upgraded for us free of charge for no reason which was a nice surprise. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The site itself is lovely with plenty to do. Food was spot on and there was plenty to choose from at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. Will be visiting again.

Lovely stay, enjoyed the hotel itself and everything it had to offer

Pros: It had plenty of facilities for families, and was close to local amenities

Cons: The bar shut at 11pm, we had a small standard double room, the bed is much smaller than a standard double so was very uncomfortable for 2 adults. The room was small which was expected it to be but the bed was far too small. With the option of being able to take a dog there wouldn’t have been much room to take one and thankfully we never this time but please consider when booking how much room you will need.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Pros: The range of things in the hotel and on the property for a family holiday was very good. Our kids are 5 and 8 so between the swimming pool, arcade, park, soft play and being able to hire ski gear so easily definitely made things easier. We did the breakfast and dinner inclusive package and was impressed with the food quality and choice. Saved a lot of hassle and money over the space of 4 days. Friendly restaurant team too.

Cons: The check in had a very long queue for 1-2hrs. It was kids half term holidays so the hotel was very busy, but online check-in still meant you joined the same queue. It took us 45mins of queuing to then take 2 mins to get a key. The beds were average comfort - we had 2 doubles in the room and limited floor space for the 4 of us but for the decent price we paid it was manageable.
