Overall it was a pleasant stay

Pros: The location was excellent, and the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was top-notch and greatly appreciated.

Cons: The room had a slightly tired appearance was comfortable; however, the WC was not cleaned thoroughly, and there was noticeable dust on the headboard and bedside tables.

Lovely country house hotel close to the north end of Loch Ness

Pros: A lovely country house hotel close to the north end of Loch Ness and within easy reach of Inverness. I had a very comfortable room. Pleasant lounge and bar areas and really excellent evening meal. And the staff were unfailingly delightful!

Everything you might want from a country hotel!!

Pros: Very friendly staff and the hotel itself was a classic country hotel. We arranged dinner there too and the food was excellent

Cons: Perhaps a little on the expensive side but the whole package was a great experience

Lovely overnight stay

Pros: My husband and I stayed here last night. Got a good B\u0026B deal and were delighted with our stay. Lovely junior suite, comfy bed, large shower. We decided to book in for dinner and were so pleased we did as the meal was fabulous ... nice lounges with log fires burning to relax in front off before and after meal too. The breakfast this morning was also great. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. It is a beautiful old building and the gardens are very well maintained. We had a nice wander round them before we left. It's located just outside inverness so very peaceful, but only a short drive into the city. Will definitely book again.

A proper country house hotel with fantastic food and attentive staff.

Pros: Great location with lovely staff and the food was fantastic and above expectations.

Cons: Standard room a little tired eg the sealant around the bath and shower was discoloured and could do with being replaced. The internet was unusable due to weak signal strength.
