Pros: Terraced house but don't be fooled. Spacious inside and the room was spotless. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and would recommend a stay here.

Pros: Clean and well-appointed room with ensuite bathroom. Nice breakfast. Helmsdale and surrounds are beautiful. Overall, quite a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Cons: The staircase to our first floor room was a bit steep and narrow, and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. No parking on the premises, so finding a park near the front door wasn't always guaranteed. Neither of these issues were enough to be too much of a problem.

Pros: Absolutely lovely hosts who make you feel right at home and a lovely doggy too! The place was so cosy and clean with a very comfortable bed and the breakfast was lovely! Parking was easy and right outside the front door! Would 100% stay again and recommend

Pros: Had a lovely stay with warm welcome, delicious breakfast, big comfortable room, and a parking space for my motorbike on the street in front of the door.
