Cosy weekend by the fire, with great food and a great sleep!

Pros: The room and hotel were beatiful. One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in! Reading a book in front of a roaring fire felt so cosy. The food in the bar was really nice, and exactly what we wanted after a day of hiking and exploring. The steak and ale pie was a favourite at our table. The staff were very kind and helpful, and made sure to have the six nation's rugby on for us! I would 100% reccommend this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back.

Cons: Not one complaint!

Will be back!

Pros: Property was lovely, room was clean, spacious and cosy. Pub downstairs was great for food and drinks all in all was great

Cons: Not much to do around the property if you don’t like walking or can’t drive. No faults in property

Pros: Charming old building. Cozy log fire and couches in reception. Nice bar with delicious food and friendly efficient staff.

Cons: This is advertised as a dog friendly hotel and generally is. But dogs are not allowed in the breakfast area and cannot be left alone in your room. That means, as a couple, you have to take turns going for breakfast. I've never experienced this anywhere else and it was not ideal.

Love coming to stay at the Atholl Arms Hotel for the Aberfeldy Ball in Blair Castle.

Pros: Loved the Christmas decorations and the welcoming roaring fire in hearth on arrival. Enjoyed a delicious lunch in the cosy bar last year. Served a cup of tea by the fire later on. Breakfast had a good selection and helpful staff in a beautiful room.

A Victorian Relic - but if you are fascinated by living histories, then this is the place for you

Pros: Log fires! Especially in the main restaurant at breakfast time. Best to visit only in log fire season. A lot of victorian heritage to look at - I especially like the gents bathroom, antiquated as it is. Kippers for breakfast, yum! Surprisingly good wifi.

Cons: Electric shower in the room was pitiful. The room was huge but the same could not be said of the bathroom - you had to squeeze into the toilet as not enough space. Whoever designed the en-suite bathroom could have done a better job to get it in proportion.

Overall had a really pleasant stay.

Pros: It might be old fashioned but feel it added to the experience. Staff were absolutely lovely! Food was delicious and plenty of alcoholic beverages to choose from and sitting by the open fire was cosy.

Cons: Room was a little cold during the day but did heat up at night.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was amazing. We will be back.

Pros: Our room was very comfortable. Although the hotel is next to a railway station it was very quiet.

Cons: Some of the public areas could do with a freshen up, this however did not distract from our stay.

Good value, great staff.

Pros: All staff encountered were helpful, good humoured and attentive. The hotel has lovely and spacious, comfortable public areas and the bedroom was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was great, with no pressure to finish up and leave. The hotel is ealily accessed off the A9, and close to Blair Castle and many other attractions and activities.

Cons: This is an old building, and so the is not perfect, but has character and is clean
