Cons: only inconvenience was having to leave our room for bathroom but bathroom was our own private bathroom it was just leaving our bedroom during the night

Just perfect, cant wait to visit again!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Tigh na Sgiath, a perfect Scottish Guesthouse with hosts to match we can’t wait to visit again in the Spring. Immaculately clean, traditionally furnished and delicious food you can’t ask for better.

Pros: Beautiful house and location, helpful and friendly host, lots of little touches such as fresh flowers china cups and a bathmat in the shower. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfy. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely country house hotel

Pros: Lovely family owned hotel. Immaculately clean. Very much the old style country house hotel. Very nice breakfast. Personal welcome. Rural setting.

Cons: Nothing at the hotel, but as it doesn't serve dinner, you have to drive to surrounding villages to eat in the evening.

A hidden gem and a Scottish highlight.

Pros: A gorgeous and romantic house, embedded in wonderful nature! Our room was very spacious yet still cozy. Beds were as comfortable as they can be. The staff is super friendly and polite. This Hotel is definitely one of the highlights on our road trip through Scotland!

Cons: We were sad that we had to leave and haven't planned another night at this wonderful place.

Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend!

Pros: The rooms were stunning and the grounds and shared areas were also delightful. Ian looked after us so well, providing us with coffees and plenty of good recommendations. The breakfast was also a fantastic spread and the Full Scottish breakfast is not to be missed!
