Pros: We visited during the festive season and the attention to detail was stunning. A warm friendly greeting with a personal touch. The view surrounding the building is picturesque and calming. The breakfast we were able to enjoy each morning was so well cooked and, again, the service was excellent. We will be back and will be recommending to friends and family 😀

Amazing!

Pros: The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean with a nice view. The place was quiet and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the host was very kind and attentive.

Pros: Very traditional small B\u0026B. Excellent location, within minutes at a bench to overlook the sea, 30min walk into town where we visited the local pub. Hosts very friendly, we also enjoyed an afternoon tea (prebook) and games in the lounge. Good breakfast. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a quieter location near Inverness

Simply Wonderful

Pros: Wow! A truly lovely guesthouse to stay. Upon arrival we were welcomed heartily and given a tour of the house, its facilities, and a description of the local area. The house itself is impressive with very pleasant, comfortable bedrooms. Bed linen was incredibly good! We really enjoyed the homely sitting room, filled with comfortable chairs and plenty of books. We chose this space to enjoy our evening tipples after exploring during the day. Breakfast was very good - particularly loved the AGA cooked eggs. The owner is truly kind, hospitable, and informative. We went on a local walk down to the church ruins, views of the firth, nearby bothy ruins and beyond, admiring the local area. Thoroughly recommended accommodation and stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Guest House!

Pros: Everything! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we had an amazing time! This guest house is in a perfect location, with idyllic views and great for walking along the Cromarty Firth. The room was perfect, with a very comfortable bed and everything we needed for our stay. The leather chairs were super comfy too, great for relaxing in and admiring the views! Breakfast was lovely, again with idyllic views out of the conservatory (where breakfast was served). We will definitely be back (in the not too distant future hopefully)!
