Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean and the food was very nice and well prepared. The staff were friendly and efficient

Staff were helpful and friendly. Property was warm although temperature was -2 outside.

Pros: It’s a stunning looking property from the outside and inside is impressive with wood panelled walls and large chandeliers.

Lovely old hotel that still retains a lot of its grandeur and is fantastic value for money

Pros: Location. Decor, live music, the quirky lift, the tartan carpets. The staff were amazing!!

An affordable, relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Pros: space and ambience, and the fact we could take our dogs with us while travelling.

Cons: We had no complaints it matched the standard we expected and have stayed there several times.

Pros: It was just how you would imagine a highland hotel to be.It was spacious, clean ideal location for days out into the Scottish Highlands.

Cons: Nothing really.The only lift available was small and only carried 3 people at once( luggage not included).

Pros: The late night reception team member was so professional and nice. I cannot express my gratitude enough for him.

Cons: Room 214 was lovely, nothing not to like.

Pros: Really nice spacious room with comfy beds and really good atmosphere in hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful as well.

Cons: Room was really cold, the radiator probably needs bled or some form of maintenance. It was fine for a night but couldn't stay in there any length of time without better hearing.
