Very good.

Pros: We were a little concerned about the proximity to a busy road. However, it was not an issue. There is a restaurant just 2 minutes walk from property. Good choice of breakfast cereals available along with milk, bread, yoghurts and eggs. Off road parking provided.

Cons: Only very minor point is that the bed is only a double. Was not a problem for us but bigger people may find it an issue.

Pros: Fabulous location. Excellent host - very informative. The perfect find for our stay in Lossiemouth.

Cons: Perhaps a door between bedroom and kitchen would be beneficial for any early sleeper/late riser

Pros: The Annex was excellent. Comfortable, spotlessly clean. Hosts were accommodating \u0026 very welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful little stay

Pros: Beautiful little property in a lovely location. Host was super nice and made us feel very welcome. The property was really comfortable, clean and had everything you would need, including a lovely selection of breakfast food items, tea, and coffee. Off road parking was a bonus. Highly recommend a stay here!

a must stay

Pros: The house is just beyond expectation. The host has good sense of design with high quality newly furnished interiors. Bed is very comfortable. Overall, great value of money and wish to stay longer.

Cons: The basin is tiny. Wifi is too weak in the bedroom and there is no service if not using wifi. So basically you can hardly use internet on the bed, that's the only drawback.

The apartment is a home from home, with its own front door.

Pros: There was plenty of food for breakfast, You are in easy walking distance to West Beach. We were only there one night but there is a pub a few hundred yards from the apartment which is very clean and comfortable.
