Great, friendly staff in a great hotel

Pros: Was a wonderful building full of character! Was unbelievably warm throughout ( wouldn’t like the heating bill 😊) facilities were very nice. Receptionist was friendly and very professional. All the staff we interacted with were very polite, well mannered and very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was very nice!

Cons: Nothing, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Amazing!

Pros: It was beautiful, inside and out! All the staff were friendly and the style of the property is amazing! Was very comfortable (we had a family room).

Cons: Nothing to complain about at all apart from shower pressure but that’s to be expected at such a big hotel!

Pros: The whole stay from start to finish was outstanding. Old building but rooms are lovely and clean. Graeme food and beverage manager is an asset to the hotel and strathmore chain.. I will be back very very soon!!

Pros: The staff are fabulous. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Excellent food. Convenient location for the morning Ullapool ferry and excellent value for money. Would happily stay here again.
