Foyers House is a small family run adult only guest house on the South side of Loch Ness. Foyers House has an enviable location having one of the highest view points above Loch Ness. Excellent well run hotel in a great location.

Pros: We had a lovely room with a view of Loch Ness. Room had a comfortable bed and settee. Excellent dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Hotel is run by Louise and Terry who work hard and are very committed.

Cons: Nothing significant. Roads approaching the hotel from north or south involve several miles of driving on single track roads with passing places but this didn’t cause us any problems.

Peaceful and relaxing stay on our way home from very North, beautiful views and lovely hosts.

Pros: Beautiful room with a loch view, comfy and warm. Dinner was tasty and good value, whisky lovers will be in heaven with the 200+ choices.

An easy and comfortable stay on Loch Ness

Pros: We arrived late and were just in time for a meal, they provided a nice Chilli for us. They had an exceptional Whisky bar!! The room was comfortable and the bed really good. Had a good breakfast in the morning and checkout simple.

A well appointed guest house on the quiet side of LochNess, very close to the lovely FoyersWaterfall

Pros: Very easy to communicate with Louise, the Host. The room was impeccably clean. The view was lovely.

Cons: Louise was so busy looking after everything that it felt like it was a bit under staffed.

Incredibly beautiful.

Pros: The lodge location, with a wonderful viewing platform attached to the bar, overlooking Loch Ness was breathtaking.. The local knowledge and travel advice from the owners was much appreciated providing an unforgettable trip of the highlands around Loch Ness and the route home via Loch Lomond and Edinburgh..

Pros: Location had great views although a lot more hilly than expected. Very comfortable and clean.

Cons: The food was very good, especially the steak pie and apple tart.

Great views, accommodation and hosts!

Pros: Lovely location overlooking Loch Ness and mountains accessible by a single track road with passing points. The room was spacious and spotless and with a view of the mountains from the bed! Super breakfast, ate dinner twice and both times it was beautiful. Had drinks and chats with Louise and Terry the owners who were real characters.

Cons: Missed having a bath (and the bathroom was well big enough for one!). Potholes on the single track road which couldn’t be avoided - although this is nothing to do with Foyers House.
