Outstanding hospitality in an idyllic setting.

Pros: Everything! One had the all too rare experience of feeling genuinely cared for and pampered by Gabriel and his team in beautiful surroundings.

Cons: Having to leave the next morning!

Pros: When we arrived Gabriel gave us a free upgrade on the room which had a beautiful view of Loch Ness. He asked where we would be travelling to next and said he would have a printed Itinerary ready for us upon check out - if we wanted. He also gave us a good recommendation for dinner that night - Loch Ness Inn. The food here was delicious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: That we only stayed for one night!

Pros: The outstanding feature of the Lodge are the staff. We have never stayed anywhere where the staff were so attentive to our every need. Rooms were exceptional and the Breakfast was extremely good.

A brilliant romantic getaway

Pros: The hotel is in a amazing location right next to the Loch, which we had a view of from our room. The whole hotel is beautiful and clean. The warm and friendly staff really made our visit!

Amazing experience even if it was just for a night, we traveled from Aberdeen just for a short stay after a road trip. 1

Pros: The property is very well kept, and even though it was a weekend we got a premium room last minute and they were prepared for us coming. Lovely scenery and great service.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Very nice stay with a perfect host

Pros: We arrived after dark in the rain with our car,, our host was helping us in the rain, carrying our bags. The host is super friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a nice room with view on the lake and enjoyed the fireplace platter before bedtime. The breakfast was amazing! We loves our stay a lot!

Cons: The full stay was perfect, the only small thing that bothered us was the clearly used bathroom towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door.

Excellent in every aspect!

Pros: Outstanding property which was immaculately and tastefully presented. The staff are top tier attentive and super helpful, informative and friendly. The breakfast was superb with every item perfect including all the a la carte options. We also had the platter for dinner which was well worth it. 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay again when in the area, this is the best!

Fantastic and memorable

Pros: The general manager, Gabriel, looked after us so well and paid a lot of attention to detail. His efforts made our stay so relaxing and memorable. We were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with fantastic views over Loch Ness, and the ever changing beauty of the lake was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also outstanding and all the cooked dishes were prepared with great care and were beautifully presented.

Cons: The only downside of this property is that there is no restaurant because of its small size, but the manager made his best efforts to arrange dinner bookings for us.
