This is the best property we have stayed in

Pros: Everything it was stunning the views the property hot tub and the free burning logs was an absolute bonus

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like it was perfect

Pros: Stunning location with views over the lake and a short walk to lochend beach, great overall facilities, enclosed garden for the dogs, lovely hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, would definitely return

Cons: Didn’t bother us as we were only a group of 3, but a proper shower would be preferable upstairs rather than a handheld in the tub. You will obviously get some road noise when outside but the owners have done a good job of soundproofing the garden as best as they can and you don’t hear a peep once indoors

Gorgeous country house on Loch Ness. Great family holiday.

Pros: The house and view was incredible. Close enough to Inverness, but quiet among a most stunning countryside. The family loved everything about it. Woodfire spa was a real treat.

Cons: Little bit tricky to find the driveway at night on our first night. Would have been fine if we arrived during the day.

Superb farmhouse, beautifully appointed, very well equipped. Excellent hot tub and great location

Pros: Superb farmhouse, beautifully decorated and very good layout with plenty of room. Very well equipped and very private. Great wood powered hot tub and excellent wood fired barbeque. Close to Inverness for shopping, restaurants and tourist destinations. Well prepared information book with all the info you need on the farm and surrounding area.

Cons: The wood fired hot tub takes several hours to warm up from completely cold on the first use, but is worth the effort. Not much else !

Quiet and comfortable home in the country

Pros: A lovely location with the lake and the meadow of sheep, the farmhouse had everything we would need and was cozy, we enjoyed the wood fired hot tub

Pros: Die Ausstattung, besonders auch der Küche vom Reiskocher bis zur Heissluftfritteuse, ist außergewöhnlich umfangreich. Alles ist recht hochwertig und geschmackvoll. Der Ausblick im Sommer ist auch sehr schön, wenn auch nicht bis zum Loch Ness selbst - dafür leben im Wäldchen vor dem Wasser Rehe, die abends an den Zaun kommen.

Cons: Leider hat das Haus bei 3 Schlafzimmern nur eine vollwertige Dusche. Die freistehende Badewanne im oberen Bad ist zwar schön, aber zum Duschen müssen alle in das en-suite Bad im Erdgeschoss....
