Leys Hotel

Pros: Clean/comfortable, friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant, the food was great 😋

Cons: The only negative was that I felt it lacked charecter for such an old building, was a bit 'clammy' during the night.

Cons: The ONLY thing I could criticise was the shower. Thd flowrate was OK but the shower was in a bath - the step in and out was quite high and thd bath got quite slippy so extreme care needed to avoid slipping/falling

Generally nice for a country hotel, good value and staff seem happy enough.

Pros: The hotel seems like it's in the process of being renovated. Our room was really new - new beds and sheets and the bathroom still had remnants on the floor of them putting it in. we had a family room and it was massive. Location was good - lots of parking and we did some local walks. Wifi is not great. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Dinner was a basic pub meal but was nice enough. Breakfast was great. Some confusion with the cereal and fruit selection but it was overall good value.

Cons: Bathroom should have been cleaned properly by builders. We had to ask for it to be cleaned. The room was for three but we only got two of everything. We had to ask for extras.

Pros: We stay here for 1 night bed and breakfast for £95. Very good value for money. Bed was comfortable, and our room was very big and clean. Breakfast was big portions and cooked to perfection. We would definitely return.

Pros: Rather than taking a taxi home after attending a party in The Adam Suite, we decided to stay overnight and are really glad we did. Our room was really nice and very spacious. The food was really good and the staff were very attentive.

Friendly staff, food and drink good, rooms very spacious, clean, towels replaced daily.

Pros: room was very spacious, hotel was recently redecorated, very tartan. Breakfasts and evening mills good quality and substantial. Plenty car parking available, also bus stop at door to/from Aberdeen.

Cons: Slanting car park bays.
