Great hotel, with friendly staff.

Pros: Met by a lovely member of staff with a friendly smile. Forget to get her name. Bedroom large and comfortable. Very clean. Had food and that was really good also.

Clean, new hotel with big room and good shower.

Pros: Hotel was spotless and I had a large, well equipped bedroom. There was a small fitness room which I used and appreciated.

Cons: I found the menu in the restaurant in the evening a bit limiting and no healthy choices. I had the fish and chips and it wasn’t great to be honest. Breakfast choices were good though.

Pros: Ease of access to the hotel and to the airport the following day for our outbound travel. Nice clean and decent sized rooms, and comfortable beds.

Cons: Being charged to park in the carpark. Bit cheeky that.

Cons: Shuttle bus to p\u0026j live was no longer available was shown as available when booking and on messages to hotel. Tv didn’t work no channels tuned in our able to tune in just blank photo on screen. But didnt realise until came back from concert so didn’t want to annoy staff at 11pm

Helpful staff and comfortable room

Pros: We booked in last minute due to weather conditions, the staff were so friendly and helpful after what had been a long day travelling for us. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed.

Pros: Really helpful—thank you to the staff for letting me check in early after my flight was cancelled. I hadn’t slept for 24 hours, and their kindness meant so much. I will definitely be using Marriott again. The staff at the Courtyard are angels in disguise. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable nights sleep.

Pros: Big room and big bed - very comfortable and very quiet. Clean room and good shower. Great location for the airport and catching bus into town. There is a decent selection of treats available to purchase should you wish at reception.

Cons: Carpet was quite stained. Paid for breakfast separately and was a little disappointed - latte was lukewarm out the machine and didn't taste great. A good enough selection for the breakfast- just not good quality.
