Great hotel perfect location for office and airport

Pros: Room size and very clean , good array of facilities.

Cons: Being picky about only issue was the TV in the room not the best for the price of the room.

Pros: The way a member of staff at the check in desk whos name was Mark, kindly organised parking for my child and I. I have disabilities and did not have my parking card, all the parking spaces were taken and I would have struggled having to park away from our accomodation, on producing a document that proved I have disabilties he did not hesitate to help me out and I gained access to a disabled space. After such a long journey, It was a pleasure to meet such a helpful and friendly member of the Hampton reception staff.

Cons: There wasn't enough parking spaces.

Very convenient and comfortable for our purposes having flown back from Shetland.

Pros: Room was clean and good. The only thing missing was a restaurant with a full menu which meant we went elsewhere to eat in the evening

First class hotel

Pros: First class hotel and service all staff were great and friendly breakfast was from 06.00hrs which is first class as most don't start till 07.00 hrs

My family had a good stay.

Pros: It was awesome very good environment n the breakfast was well organised everything was perfect.my family enjoyed the breakfast.

Good hotel for quick stays especially on business

Pros: Well appointed room with space to work and a comfy bed. Also some space in lobby for informal meet-ups.

Cons: Could be a bit better value for money

Slept well. Nice and quiet.

Pros: Room was a good size, nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but enough.

Cons: Bed just slightly too firm but that's obviously a personal preference. They really need to sort out their car park. It is far too small for the size of the hotel. Had to park along with loads of other cars in a field. Which after heavy rain gets very muddy/boggy!

Great hotel but the bed was very uncomfortable.

Pros: Good breakfast included with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, \u0026 it was very quiet.

Cons: Beds were rock solid- even my husband (who can sleep anywhere after 30 years in the military) commented \u0026 said it was like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were feather \u0026 very thin, 2 each were not enough for adequate support.

Cons: Breakfast was a shambles. Hardly any hot food, no cutlery

Cons: Drastic lack of parking Carpark was overflowing but hotel didnt seem very busy
