Nice hotel but deposit system did not work

Pros: Nice large room with comfortable bed. Nice bar area for a drink.

Cons: You’ve to pay a £25 deposit which is fine but I didn’t get mine back. Phoned several times just to be told it wasn’t sitting on their system and to phone my bank. Phoned my bank and they told me there was nothing pending. Phoned back the hotel but nothing they could do apparently. Doubt I would stay again for this reason alone as the hotel and staff on duty were nice otherwise.

Lovely stay

Pros: Staff were superb and room was lovely and big.Restaurant meal was lovely too.

Cons: The only slight issue was the heating in the room. It was a bit noisy and didnt really heat the room up as much as you would hope.

Excellent

Pros: Lovely pool and gym facilities, great evening meal and breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet given the location, was on the ground floor with patio door the carpark and had no issues at all the noise

Cons: Hotel is dated but very clean and well maintained

Pros: The bed was really comfy. It had a pool which we couldn’t use but will next trip. The evening meal we had was very good The price was good and we will use again

My daughter and myself were very happy with our stay. It was like a mini vacation. Will be back!

Pros: We had breakfast the Saturday morning and it was delicious and great value for money. The facilities were just what we needed and the staff very friendly and the food at casbien restaurant tasty. When room was cleaned it was done perfectly. My only complaint is that pillows and pillow slips did not fit each other but that’s such a minor detail. All else was lovely and will def be back when I visit again.

Cons: Pillows and pillow slips did not fit or matched.

Very good quality hotel at a great price

Pros: This is a very professionally organised and well run hotel. The staff are universally polite and attentive without being intrusive. The food is well presented and very tasty. Our room was huge. The kingsize bed was very comfy.

Cons: Nothing springs to mind.
