UHI Dornoch- Campus Accommodation

Pros: Convenience for golf club. Could leave car and walk to course.

Cons: Bedroom was sold as for two adults when it is single student occupancy. Therefore bed a bit small for two adults.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Location. Parking at door, 24 hour security so felt safe

No frills accommodation would use again

Pros: Cheap and basic just what we needed close to amenities

Cons: Was a bit grubby ad could have been doing with a clean in the communal areas the rooms were clean enough

It's not 5 star accommodation - does what it says on the tin!

Pros: Good location. I chose the studio room and it was ideal for me. The double rooms looked a bit on the small side but adequately equipped. Staff were all good and there was on site parking. Strange noise through the night which I put down to the stairwell Doors banging caused by the stairwell vacuum.... This did affect my sleep and if it's not been previously mentioned a seal on the upstairs door will sort out this noise. Kitchen was OK and overall a tiny bit grubby but I cleaned up a little before I left. Shower was pretty good and I'd definitely say it was good value for money and I would probably use agsin for a couple if nights. Thanks

Cons: Little grubby here and there.... Fridge / cutlery drawer had crumbs inside and bathroom wasn't 100% clean - \u0026 food stain /debris on sink door \u0026 desk area

Rooms are only suitable for one person, and in which case not good value. Premier Inn/Travelodge much better options

Pros: Central location, free parking, clean and tidy, easy check in. Kitchenette had everything you would need.

Cons: The bed is too small for two people, we had 2 very uncomfortable nights on it

Pros: The location and the staff( Ian was so helpful and kind!) Because of the location, we could walk to the wedding venue.

Cons: Understandably, the big single bed is ideal for a single student-not a substantial older couple...we did not sleep at all well. When we go back( and we will!)we will get 2 rooms!

Clean and functional for a one night stop over.

Pros: Decent value. Close to the centre of Dornoch so we could shop for supplies and eat out. Lockable bike shed was useful. Skeleton staff of two nice helpful chaps. Useful kitchen area for breakfast.

Cons: Could have done with some soap or shower gel in the rooms as we were on a cycling tour. We had a room each but the beds and rooms would have been cramped for a couple.

Affordable town centre base, with easy access to beach and golf course.

Pros: It was convenient for the town centre. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: The bed was too small for us and was only accessible from one side. It was short of crockery, which was sorted on request.

Pros: No nonsense accomodation. Prime Location w. everything within walking distance. Super friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Water has a strong taste and smell of Chlorine
