Pros: Lovely \u0026 helpful staff. Great Location. Warm \u0026 comfy room with hot showers. Clean and tidy. Great price.

Cons: Would feel safer if there was a manual door lock in the inside as well as just a key card lock... There was nobody about \u0026 very quiet and Inverness is safe enough, but it was still something that I'd prefer. ^ Very small concern though and the only thing I could find to comment on at all.

Pros: This place was exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay in Inverness. The location was great, staff were nice and the room was everything we needed. The value for money is excellent.

Pros: Perfect location right in the centre of town. Easy check in and check out. The rooms are everything you need for a base for a night or two. The bar downstairs has a great selection of craft beers, the staff are friendly and the pizza was unbelievable. Secret garden with heaters is a nice space to chill.

Cons: Heating seemed to be on through the night which made it a bit uncomfortably warm.

Pros: Central location, excellent value for money and clean modern facilities. Also a good pub atmosphere downstairs and beer garden too.

Cons: A table lamp would have been helpful, although a floor lamp was provided.

GREAT FOR OUR 1 NIGHT STAY IN INVERNESS AND SO NEAR TRAIN STATION.

Pros: GREAT LOCATION FROM TRAIN STATION. VERY ADEQUATE ROOM WITH ALL ESSEENTIAL FACILITES AND VERY CLEAN -GREAT FOR OE OR TWO NIGHT STAY,

Pros: Price was great. Beer was great. Location was great.

Cons: Pretty busy when we arrived, think we got the last couple of seats in the bar. But its good to see places being popular. Rooms are basic, but that is reflected in the price you pay.

Very relaxing after a beautiful sightseeing trip

Pros: Great location and extremely comfortable stay. Staff made it very easy to enjoy and truely accessible. Thank you!

Cons: Some of the mugs were a little dirty but we cleaned them so wasn’t too much of an issue

All good except for toilet roll and soap

Pros: Location, staff, room size, shower temp and pressure, room nice and warm even tho it was a v cold night, tea making facilities, hair dryer

Cons: Toilet roll was soooooo thin :( and bring your own body wash or shampoo, the stuff in the dispenser might have been anti bac? It didn’t lather and didn’t clean my hair, looked bad all day so had to shower again as soon as I could. A lamp would be nice to help with getting in and out of bed. Otherwise very good.
