Pros: Owner is there when you arrive, so so friendly and welcoming. Explains everything you need to know which is very quick and simple. There's bindersr explaining everything and labels on switches so you know what they all do. You get left to your own devices and you wouldn't know there was anyone next door but knowing they're there if you need help is amazing. It's so out of the way and peaceful, I'll definitely be back.
