A fairy tale room

Pros: It is a very beautifully designed room, very clean, with perfect facilities. The host was very nice and flexible, allowed us to book an additional day on very short notice and very late during the day, because we couldn't make it to the next accommodation due to storm Amy.

Beautiful self-catered property in the heart of Inverness!

Pros: Well located (8-10 min walk to the town center), extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. There was also a welcome basket which was a nice touch. It was my first time in a self-catering property and the instructions were very clear that we didn’t have any issues with check in / check out. You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought into designing the property to be very function-able without compromising on aesthetics. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Inverness!

Excellent value for money. Great comfortable bed and room, and really nicely decorated.

Pros: Lovely cosy and tastefully decorated. The small reception area had a nice welcoming vibe, the the bedrooms were spotless, with some really nice features. The coffee machine, and hot water machine, and actual little bottle of milk (not fiddly pods) were great. I got a welcome basket with prosecco and facemask which was a lovely touch.

Cons: Doors were a bit fiddly, but fine once I read the full instructions!

A pleasant place in a nice part of the world.

Pros: Loved the king room with the patio. Well laid out and bright and comfortable. Loved the bathroom especially. Big, bright, clean, excellent shower and great toiletries. Location was good. Just a short walk into town - unfortunately coming back is uphill and steep at that. However, there are many good eateries just a 2 min walk away. Romaine is very very helpful and she arranged a room upgrade for me at short notice.

Cons: If you are claustrophobic, book the king room. It is well worth the extra. The standard room is quite tight for 2. Thankfully the bathroom is well sized. My room wasn’t made up on the second day and I had to ask for fresh towels. I was also not able to appreciate the welcome pack of 2 bottles of Prosecco and a face mask. I don’t drink and don’t use face masks. A breakfast voucher would have been better (we only received a 10% discount at a local cafe for breakfast.)

Pros: Very clean facilities, this is a 4 star hotel standard. The room is the same as the picture.

Pros: Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Nice shower/ensuite. Relaxing environment. Spacious clean room. Nice touch with Prosecco and waffles. Good location for short walk to town.

Cons: Had a room with outdoor path leading to a tree. Instructions for kettle would have saved a little time.

Quiet, luxurious haven away from the holiday hustle and bustle

Pros: Everything - from the quiet luxury of the room, bedding etc to the thought that goes into providing everything a traveller might need.

Pros: Brand new. Beautifully decorated . Immaculate . Comfortable .

Cons: There was no kettle . Or if there was it was hidden . Really nice coffee machine which was wired up inside a cupboard - however couldn't use it as couldn't reach the back of the machine to fill it up with water . So couldn't get a hot drink of tea or coffee . Also the room smelt very nice but it was over powering and gave me a headache .
