Perfect stay as usual.

Pros: Second time staying there, it's becoming my place to go whenever I'm in Inverness. The location is quite nice and quiet, the staff are lovely, and the rooms are immaculate.

Cons: Nothing.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Really friendly staff and warm welcome, amazing location, quiet but a few mins walk from city centre. Room was spacious and spotless. Excellent all round experience!

Pros: Great customer service, clean modern room, right close to city center, no complaints

Cons: Paying 8 pound a night for parking, anything happens to the car they are not liable so basically paying for nothing.

Pros: Lovely welcome, room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Room was cosy with gas central heating. 7 minutes walk to the city centre. Great value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

Cons: Only thing I'd say if booking the room through booking.com is it says there is private parking and there is but it fails to tell you they charge £10 a day to park your vehicle there until after you've booked it!!

Pros: Unusual building, but perfectly fine. Very well greeted. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Tea in room. The bed was perfect for me and the bed was superb, firm and comfortable. The shower had good hot water and good pressure. Spotlessly clean in the bathroom. I was just there overnight and left early the next morning - so I can't comment on nearby facilities.

Perfect balance of budget and comfort.

Pros: I needed to book this trip at low cost, and whenever I've done that elsewhere in the past it has been obvious I've been staying in a budget place. Bank House was a really lovely surprise. Very friendly staff. A spacious, clean and comfortable room. Quiet. It's also perfectly located with two excellent coffee/breakfast spots (and lots more) within 5 minutes walk and the centre of town just a ten minute walk away. This will always be my first choice place when I visit Inverness. Thank you!

Overall it was a very pleasant stay, me and my sister enjoyed it very much!

Pros: Room was cozy and unexpectedly good for the price! Clean and the tv actually had netflix! First hotel ive been to where the tv had Netflix haha. We had a hair dryer and kettle. Staff was kind!

Cons: I did wish for elevators, mostly because i ended up twisting my ankle on the trip and had to go up the flights of stairs, it makes me wonder how people with disabilities find places to stay
