Great stay in a great location

Pros: Great location, close to city centre. Large room with sitting area. Comfortable bed. All facilities needed for a stay. Good selection for breakfast, including delicious homemade haggis. Very friendly hosts. Hope we can go back sometime.

Pros: The stay was like a time travel, cause the house is full of tiny and wonderful detail that make you feel like you’re in some novel from the mid 20th century. At the same time all modern equipment is in place and the hosts provide an absolutely amazing breakfast

Wonderful hosts, great location

Pros: Joyce and Alan are a genuinely lovely couple. The house was beautiful, amazing breakfast, great shower and extremely clean. Joyce went out of her way helping us choose a restaurant. We would recommend The Whitehouse in Inverness, food and service excellent.

Great location and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had

Pros: A large house in a really lovely area, but only a short walk to the city centre. Breakfast was amazing - Alan was a very expert cook. Very warm and friendly.

Wonderful stay, did not want to leave!

Pros: Absolutely everything was perfect. A lovely, well furnished room with extra chairs and table to enjoy sunny window position, modern bathroom with great shower, extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic and property overall quiet and lovely hosts.
