Highlander Hotel ‘A Bespoke Hotel’

Set within Cairngorm National Park, the Highlander Hotel is set in the village of Newtonmore. The Highlander has an on-site restaurant, bar and lounge serving breakfasts, dinners and bar meals with traditional cuisine. Pros: I've been staying here since 2006. Nothing changes bar the staff and the weather, the Highlander's character is perfect and is just right.

Cons: The weather, day 2 I couldn't ski.

Fabulous

Pros: Breakfast was great, super choices and plenty of it. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Large lounge for sitting in at night was lovely for playing games in and relaxing.

Pros: Really convenient for main road. Lovely helpful reception staff. A good sense of offering proper service in comfortable surroundings. The breakfast staff were so attentive and professional. A good room. Warm on a cold nasty day. Clean bathroom. Tea and coffee tray. Meal and a bar. Dogs welcome at no extra cost which is such a bonus. All round very good. Thanks

Cons: The only niggle was the bathroom light switch was by the main door of the room. But not a problem.

Very satisfied, I would certainly stay again.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean and with good facilities, this also applies to the en-suite. The staff werre friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. The breakfast was varied and good. I would stay again. There was a fire alarm evacuation on my day of departure and I thought the staff dealt with it quickly and professionally and quickly established the source (it wasn't a real fire) and ensured safe re-entry to the building.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Fab-u-lous! Amazing a million %

Pros: The property is well maintained, the location is remarkable, we have stayed here 2 times now and we will be returning, the staff are amazing always going above and beyond, they are caring and considerate the owner is an amazing host and makes you feel welcome! Nothing is to much. If I could rate over 10 I would.
