This is a luxury hotel!

Pros: This hotel is excellent!!! I’ve never known a hotel that shown so much attention to detail … from moment you arrive it feels luxurious!!! The smell !! The cleanliness!! The luxury feeling of the sheets ! The towels!! And the breakfast… wow ! The staff never stopped topping everything up even though the breakfast times were over. They were so helpful and friendly!! I’m so glad I have found this gem of a hotel as it is 2 mins from my daughter’s new abode…

Cons: Nothing !!! I’d highly recommend The crossing!

Pros: Clean and beautiful rooms. Comfy beds and very quiet for a great night's sleep. Easy check in and check out. Watching the trains pass through the crossing was a treat.

Cons: Nothing. We loved everything.

Pros: The room was very modern and well equipped. Little welcome gifts and information made us feel very welcome. When contacted, the staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Cons: The green emergency light in the room was extremely bright during the night which made sleeping difficult.

Very comfortable stay in a great location

Pros: It was freshly refurbished and clean, and a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. The instructions we received were clear, and the proprietor was responsive. We really enjoyed the breakfast too; lots of choice and plentiful. Very good value.

Cons: The bedroom was a little too warm, but we were able to open a window.

Excellent overall

Pros: We stayed on a single overnight as part of a family event in the hotel. The hotel is immaculate and very well presented. Our room was very clean and modern and the shower was excellent. Bed was very comfortable. No issues whatsoever. The family meal that was put on for us was fabulous. The venue was just right, the meal was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Well recommended thank you for a great evening.

Would stay here again. We had a brilliant weekend

Pros: Check in was so easy Room was large and beautiful and so near the high street. Although not a lot in the town there was a couple of lovely hotels where you could eat. Found a lovely restaurant called the star hotel food and staff were brilliant and the bar had live entertainment.

Cons: Had no English breakfast t bags in room and dont do evening meals. But do a lovely breakfast

Brilliant lil hotel perfect location and very comfortable stay.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable the pillows were perfect and the self check in made it easier for me as I arrived late due to a snow storm. The location and parking was perfect for what I needed
