Pros: Friendliest hotel we have ever stayed at and all else was good as well. Made such a fuss of our dog as well

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Everywhere very clean. Interiors are old fashioned but more in a charming way rather than tired. Red squirrel spotted on the feeder outside of the breakfast room.

Cons: Corridor a little noisy once you are in your room. But place is generally peaceful.

Truly lovely!

Pros: I can honestly tell you, after working away in hotels all over the world.. , this hotel is stunning!! The attention to detail ( as in individual requirements) is unreal! The staff are so lovely and helpful at ALL times! Area is amazing.. if you want peace and quiet, and some me time!! You won’t find better!

Pros: Nice hotel in the Highlands close to Loch Laggan. Excellent food and a very good choice of whisky in the bar. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Low water pressure in a shower.

Great place to stop over at in a beautiful area.

Pros: Hotel was nice and homely. Beautiful location. Really nice sitting rooms and pool room. Staff were so helpful and attentative. Can’t give this place enough praise. Stayed there before climbing some local Munros - we were set up so well for the trip that the Munros felt easy.

Pros: Lovely room with amazing views in a beautiful part of the country. Excellent full Scottish breakfast.

Cons: Evening meal. Choice of 3 starters, 3 mains, 3 desserts. Nothing like the fantastic menu last time we stayed a few years ago. The 3 small Potatoes were overcooked and inedible. Pork was ok but only vegetable offered was soggy broccoli.

Wonderful!

Pros: Lovely, friendly staff. Having the front door opened for us on arrival and help to carry our luggage upstairs was an excellent start. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. The bar area and pool/ games room were a nice way to relax after a long drive. The breakfast was superb. Thanks to the gentleman that looked after us so well during our stay, and made our dogs welcome too- they are welcome everywhere in the hotel, even at breakfast! The hotel has a lovely outlook and is in a peaceful location. It was a good distance for a nights stay before our ferry at Mallaig the next morning.

Cons: Wished we could have stayed longer.
