Pros: Arrived early, staff prioritised the cleaning of my room whilst I enjoyed a lovely cooked breakfast. so I was in by 9am. Warm comfy bed, hot water, coffee facilities.

Great hotel.

Pros: Fab friendly staff really helpful and accommodating Breakfast buffet was good. Nice bar lounge.

Cons: Would have an upstairs room next time as early risers above us for work woke us up daily.

Pros: Very warm and welcoming Got car stuck in the snow and the manger went above and beyond to help get me out

Cons: The hot water in the room was not available for a bath for most of the stay- water pressure seemed very poor.

Good location for visiting family

Pros: The staff were excellent, in particular Barry. He always had a smile on his face, and made time to talk to the guests. The poached eggs at breakfast were cooked to perfection! The rooms were adequate although a little dated.

Cons: A la carte breakfast would save on wastage!
