Pros: Shower and toilet were spotless, location for shops and amenities

Cons: Room was too small, not enough space

Excellent location at an outstanding price made my one night trip to Inverness perfect .

Comfortable, with ample amenities, only let down by an overly-thin duvet.

Pros: The room was very clean, with a well-equipped ensuite toilet/shower. There was plenty of tea and coffee provided along with a kettle. The room was serviced when I was out during the day, with the tea and coffee replaced.

Cons: The duvet was too thin for mid-winter in Scotland. This was really the only thing I could fault. I was very cold at night, and needed to use the provided hair dryer to warm under the duvet a couple of times through the night. Hopefully this didn't disturb guests in other rooms.

Pros: The property was located in a quiet street within walking distance to the town centre. There was plenty of space in the room to spread out belongings. It was clean and had laminate flooring. There was a hot shower. The proprietor was helpful and friendly.

Cons: Parking on the street is permit only, however as I arrived after 5 I could park outside, and I moved the car at 10 the next morning which was fine as I was going out then. On further investigation, I could see free parking a few streets away. The restricted parking would however not put me off booking the Armadale again as it was good value for money.

Worth it surely!

Pros: It's my second time staying in this property and it's my favourite whenever I'm in Inverness. The rooms are clean, modern, spacious, and neat. The private external bathroom is a bit new to me (in the new place), but it was fine. Naim is a gentleman. And the value for money beats any other place in Inverness. Staying again for sure.

Cons: Nothing really.

A good room, a great location, but no human contact or a fridge

Pros: I booked a room with a private bathroom and a king-sized bed, and the room did not disappoint in that regard. A nice, big bed with decent amenities, though unfortunately there is no fridge so watch out if you get some food or drinks for your stay. Only 5-10 minutes' walk away from the busier parts of the city centre and there is a big Tesco 3 minutes away for convenient snacks. A wonderful and easy to reach location.

Cons: 10am checkout can be a bit early. The room was on the ground floor so a couple of times you could hear other guests coming and going, but this was not a real issue for me. No fridge in the room and the house is entered with a number pad, the code for which you receive via text/email, so be mindful of battery levels and/or mobile connections as there is no physical in-person reception.

Pros: Very close to town easy walking distance. Staff were helpful when the heating hadn't come on.

Worth it!

Pros: Great rooms, friendly staff, and right in the city centre.

Cons: Nothing.
