Pros: Not far from Fort William, easy access to the rooms with a code to anlock doors at anytime. Good parking infront of the hotel. Room was very clean and seemed new. Everything was comfortable and nice. Breakfast wasnt warm at a table but there was prepared very diverse options of food at the room. Porrige cups you can make with hot water, different granola and cerials, fruit and juice, yoghurt and other options too. Unfortunately we came late to the hotel and had to get going early in the morning so couldnt enjoy it for long :)

Very comfortable accommodation in great location

Pros: Excellent bed and breakfast/Guest House. Comfy bed, decent shower and outstanding breakfast. Easy walking location for all that Inverness has to offer - highly recommend.

Cons: parking was a little tight but free on street parking is readily available until 8am or 10am depending on what street you choose.

Pros: Big room, very clean. Friendly hosts. Great location. Very close to the finish line of the lochness marathon .Not too far to hobble back. Really comfy bed. Bathroom mirror you'll.want to take home.

Definitely ok there again

Pros: It was in a great location. Arian was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the it was very clean.

Cons: The room was small and probably needed a chair which helps older clients but not a huge deal.

Awesome experience, highly recommend it!

Pros: Lovely place, super friendly and welcoming staff, very very helpful, very polite and acommodating. I stayed with both my daughters and we all loved it. Very comfortable, super close to everything (walking distance), parking in the back for the car, lovely room, very clean and with everything you need. Very nice breakfast, staff always smiling, always helpfull. Awesome experience overall. Would definitely recommend :)
