Pleasant overnight stay

Pros: + easy self check-in + parking on the premises (even though not much space when more than two cars) + comfortable beds + coffee / tea / kettle + quick and effective communication by hosts

Cons: - we missed the decaf coffee in the room

A great wee guest house in a fantastic location

Pros: Really clean and tidy, great decor and a cosy room for the night

Cons: My only grumble would be that it needs soft close doors, as the doors slam when people left their rooms, at all times of the night!

Perfect spot for a Highland base

Pros: Perfect location for a base for my wander around the Highlands. 10 minute walk away from Inverness centre and a parking space. Didn't use all the facilities but had a nice space to use downstairs to eat or work if needed. Bedrooms not carpeted but that's a good thing because of us dirty walkers. No reception but additional supplies arrived after texting. Single room and had all I needed. En suite shower very good

Cons: Just be mindful if you're parking on site and need to leave early. You could be blocked in so park accordingly. I was 2 inches away from knocking on bedroom doors at 4am to get my car out. Not a criticism, just an observation

Nice stay and will visit again if I’m going to Inverness again.

Pros: Clean and cozy space with fully functional bathroom. Very close to the city centre.

Cons: The walls are too thin and it’s hard to rest well when your neighbours behaved poorly. And it could be very helpful to have a microwave in the lounge.

Pros: Lovely accommodation, comfy, clean, warm and spacious. Had everything you needed, plus tea/coffee station. 5 min walk from Inverness centre - information in rooms about recommendations for food etc Self check in \u0026 good communication from hosts

Cons: The stairs to get to my room but that’s only because I have difficulties using stairs and carrying luggage.

Pros: Location was great, we had a peaceful night with no noise from doors, other guests or the roadside. We got the key-information quickly and everything was well explained and made easy. We did not meet the staff/owner - which was completely okay for us, but something that might be nice to know

Cons: The bed was a little narrow for two people
