Comfy room for a short stay

Very good location, excellent room, good parking.

Pros: The location was good , about twenty minutes walk to the centre of Inverness, so didn't use the car at all. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The wifi was great. The soap, shampoo etc were very pleasant. The kettle and tea/coffee making facilities were good. The room was a fair size and it was nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air. The wardrobe space was excellent as was the lighting . The decor was pleasant and the room scrupulously clean !

Cons: Pillows , just not comfortable. no breakfast which we knew but no bowls or plates etc to be able to make your own. There was a fridge but we didn't use it. You could walk the 20 minutes in to town for breakfast but we didn't and too much hassle to use the car. Lots of gorgeous coffee shops in town centre tho which we sampled at other times if day.

Pros: June welcomed us on arrival and showed us to a lovely, clean, fresh, bright, nicely decorated room with plenty of places to put your things. Smashing big, comfortable bed, en suite spotless. It was a short walk along quiet streets into town. We love Inverness and would definitely stay here again. Great place and a great price. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Although a little out of town the walk in was lovely passing through residential areas. The upstairs room faced the busy street but by the evening the noise was significantly less and we slept well in the large double bed. Parking bays on site were limited but parking on the street was also free and right outside the accommodation. Instant hot water system in the ensuite meant plenty of hot water.

Clean, cozy place outside the hustle and bustle

Pros: Very clean an cozy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons: A bit noisy overnight with busy road in front. About 20 min walk from city center.

Pros: We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Beautiful venue and very comfortable.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was leaving. Felt so comfortable there, could happily have stayed longer.

Pros: The house was beautifully furnished, very quiet and cosy. June was very welcoming and arranged easy access to our room.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit snug. There was limited eating areas nearby. the hotel nearby served lovely food but was a bit pricey for us.

Pros: Beautiful place, easy to find, room was so comfortable including bed. June the owner greeted us which was very nice. Very clean, close to pub, which was yummy. You could of walked to pub in about 20 minutes but we chose to drive after a long day.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Ideal for our stay

Pros: Property was very well located for our overnight stay with good food at at a nearby pub. Although no breakfast provided there was a local Costa Coffee which served the purpose. Very easy access to the North Coast 500 route

Cons: Found the shower controls difficult to understand and work
